Jobs Key Information

Salary & Remuneration: The salary for this position is Negotiable based on the candidate’s professional experience and technical expertise in Woven Outerwear merchandising.

Responsibilities & Context

Support merchandising activities for Woven Outerwear, particularly Quilting and Seam Sealing Jackets, from sample development to shipment. Ensure smooth coordination with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to achieve on-time delivery.

• Assist in handling Woven Outerwear orders from development to shipment.

• Follow up on sample development (Proto, Fit, PP, Size Set, Production).

• Coordinate with buyers regarding sample approvals and order updates.

• Maintain and update Time & Action (T&A) plans regularly.

• Follow up with suppliers for fabrics, trims, and seam sealing materials.

• Monitor production progress and ensure alignment with approved samples.

• Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure required quality standards.

• Ensure on-time shipment by closely tracking delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or B.Sc in Textile Engineering.

• Experience: At least 2 years in Garments or Buying House (Woven section).

• Age: 24 to 30 years.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Quilting and Seam Sealing Jacket technicalities.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Bengali.
